Is there a limitation on KilometersThere is no limitation on kilometers on any of our vans. There will be a surcharge if you travel interstate for bookings under 4 weeks.

Can I bring my pet.Pets are not allowed in any of our Vans.

Is there a booking feeNo fees are added to your booking. The price quoted is the price you pay

How much is InsuranceInsurance is included in the hire cost. There will be a $2500 Insurance excess per van per claim should damage to van van occur. If the damage is less, you only pay the actual cost for the repair. The $2500 is organised as a credit card authorisation at pick up or refundable bank transferer, (provided no damage occurred to the van)

How do I book a Van?1. Fill in and send the Inquiry Form 2. We will send you an email with a quote and further information. 3. Pay the deposit via Bank transfer or Credit Card payment over the phone. The deposit is 50% of the total booking cost, capped at $500. The balance is due at pick up.

What are Pick Up and Drop Off TimesAM Pick Up is around 9.30am PM Pick Up is around 3.30pm AM Drop Off is before 11am PM Drop Off is before 4pm Please not these times are not set in stone but a rough guide. We try to work around you to find a suitable time for pick up. For drop off's we just need a one hour heads up and you can drop off when it suits you, anytime up to 11am for AM drop off's and up to 4pm for PM drop off's.

Is there age or license restrictions.You need a full license (Not on P's) and you need to be 24 years or older.
